Described and designed in so many ways, the woman, who like other human beings is distinguished from other animals by her intellectual development and faculty of verbal language, and who is distinguished from man by her ability to become pregnant, is officially honored every year on March 8.
Described by the United Nations in 1975, this date symbolizes the historic struggle of women in search of equal rights. This struggle, which was necessary in the past to obtain the right to vote or equal pay, among so many others, continues to prove necessary, not only in the context of individual relations involving abuse against women, but also in social relations, where so often women have to prove more than men to obtain the same respect and opportunities.
A date of these recalls the effort that was necessary to reach the current condition, in which, whether it pleases everyone or not, the woman already has a voice in all spheres of society. However, rather than recalling what has been done, it is necessary to remember and reflect where there is still no equality of respect, where this respect has not yet arrived.
If the muses of Greek mythology were sources of inspiration in the arts or sciences and sung in verses and prose, the women of ancient Greece could not participate in public and political debates.
If in 1979 the ‘Convention for the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women’ was adopted, in the decades following wage discrimination, the unequal allocation of unpaid work and the greater vulnerability of women to violence did not disappear.
If in 2021 the United Nations is working for the 2030 agenda that has as its fifth objective sustainable development to end all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere, in the same year, one in three women are victims of physical or sexual aggression. In the same year, women's wages remain on average 13% lower than men. This same year, more and more reports of women who confess to having to act as men or to have to give up feminine characteristics in order to reach positions of head, even if they satisfy the quality of work necessary for this purpose.
In cases such as the latter one often resorts to one of the applications of hypnotherapy or clinical hypnosis, which is the high performance. High performance (also called high performance) is achieved when the individual puts into practice a set of behaviors that result from a high-confidence internal state, after the unlocking of limiting beliefs and potentiation of certain internal resources. Hypnotherapy is thus an individual empowerment tool, which often facilitates the empowerment process of women.
