The word Karma means “action” belongs to the ancient sacred language of India. It is a religious term that is used in Buddhist doctrines, Hindu, Jainist, Sikh, Theosophical and in modernity is a term adopted by spiritism.

I want to stress that in our culture of Judeo-Christian root, we associate the Karma to sin and that creates some disagreements in the way we look at these karmas which can accompany us, there is also in European culture the most natural way of seeing the reaction of nature and life in ancient religions.

In religions, the Karma It's kind of a cause and effect law. For every action practiced in life, there will be a reaction from the universe. According to the belief of those who believe in rebirth after death, Karma can last longer than one life and the events in each person's life are consequences of actions of past lives, or of tangles of karmas living for us and our family or other relationships.

Although Indian religions and philosophies did not include the meaning of guilt, punishment, remission and redemption for the KarmaIt works as a kind of order to determine the importance of individual behaviors. There are some differences in the meaning of Karma in doctrines.

For Hinduism, the karma refers to the effect that our actions can generate in our future. These consequences can happen both in current life and in other lives, after possible reincarnations. In Buddhist religion, the word karma does reference to our intentions, which may be negative positive or neutral. Good intentions bring good fruit and bad fruit. Each one's intention leads to reincarnation into other bodies, after death. By generating Karma, people are trapped in a cycle of reincarnations. The term karma it is not used in the Spiritist doctrine coded by Allan Kardec. However, there is the concept of law of action and reaction. In spiritism, it is believed that the actions of men will necessarily have consequences. Those who practice evil will receive evil back in the same intensity. And in ancient religion, or European witchcraft (which is reborn with Wicca) there is the triple law, which commands that one receive triple what one practices. There are exceptions to these rules, but to explain the karma We'll stay on the bases described here.

The word Dharma also comes from Indian Sanskrit and means law or reality. For Hindus, Dharma rules the religious and moral law and controls the behavior of individuals. It can also be defined as the purpose of life or mission in the world of human beings. In Buddhist Dharma religion means blessing or reward, granted for merit and good behavior. O Karma is a law that determines whether we are close or far from our own Dharma Our mission in the world and purpose of life.

In general, the karma it is fed by the Law of Cause and Effect, a divine law that serves for the learning and evolution of the spirit through free will and atonement of errors through ransom. This means that much of what happens to us is the result of the choices we make in this incarnation, but we also bring with us trends and learning needs that are related to past lives, or because we have captured in our morphogenetic field the karma Family and we're kind of stuck together. In a way we can always do something to reverse, annul or soften a karma. But there are not always certain situations that are beyond our control and do not allow any action to be taken in this incarnation. For example, people who are born without members or with incurable diseases that bind the physical body to a bed. Very little can be done in these cases, because the person will have to carry this condition until the end of the incarnation. What happens is that, the more resilience and acceptance this spirit has in relation to its condition, this context of life can become easier or more difficult, in the sense that the person can receive more help, have access to treatments that ease pain or be put in the way of other benevolent consciences, which can give more significant support to that person.

How can I soften karma?

Through hypnosis, re-signification of personal or family traumas, regressive therapy, through family constellations and therapy involving rescue of the inner child or of himself in other lives.
