Graduated in psychology, I specialized in several therapeutic approaches including somatic therapy, classic psychotherapy of family constellations and clinical hypnosis, besides having had training in body psychotherapy; intrauterine psychodynamics and emotional liberation techniques.
Since I have always been passionate about personal development and facilitating individual and collective growth processes, continuing training and supervision are part of my professional career.
With different specificities, all body-mind therapies come together for their contribution to the human evolutionary process, although it is through somatic therapy and family constellations that I find today a greater fascination. By operating or bringing to light standardized unconscious mechanisms both in the individual and in the surrounding system, these therapies are highly impacting in the relief and resolution of existential and daily problems, as well as in the general empowerment of the individual.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy, closely related to body psychotherapy, assumes that any emotional experience of the individual is stored in the body, impacting not only their physical, psychological and emotional well-being, but also their behavior. During the sessions, when working the perception of the internal sensations of the individual in safety, the therapist facilitates the gradual release of physical and emotional blocks, acting on imbalances related to trauma, stress, defensive patterns, prolonged emotional restraint and disconnection with the body. As a result, the nervous system regulation system is rebalanced, leading to reduced physical and emotional symptoms (anxiety, depression, physical pain, insomnia, etc.); behavioral changes (reduction of addictions, more adaptive responses to emotional triggers, etc.); significant reduction of traumatic marks (flashbacks, hypervigilance, dissociation, etc.); reconnection with the body and sensation of presence; improvement in relationships and self-esteem; professional and social empowerment.
Family Constellations
Family constellations are a systemic therapeutic approach that seeks to reveal and solve psychological, physical and emotional problems through their relationship with the family system of the individual. By bringing to light dysfunctional dynamics, often transmitted unconsciously between generations, family constellations promote reconciliation, belonging and balance in relationships not only family, but also of the individual with himself.
Clinical hypnosis
Clinical hypnosis is a therapeutic technique used to access the unconscious and promote emotional, cognitive or behavioral changes. During the hypnotic state — a focused state of attention and deep relaxation — the therapist guides the user in exploring memories, beliefs, or internal patterns, facilitating mental reprogramming and conflict resolution.
