A lot is said about the inner child in the new spirituality and in the new age, about people who take therapy to improve their emotional side and consequently have a return of peace and happiness.
Around the year 2000 one could not hear anything else, it seemed that suddenly everyone had realized that they were eternal children if they did not overcome their child traumas, however, I can say that many of the voices I heard on this topic or read, were in possession of some viable information, not all...maybe at that time no more was allowed.
Looking at 2000, it seems that it was on another planet, in a time other than that which belongs to us, because humanity has already reached other levels of spiritual growth and also of (in)volution, in fact in many things we have regressed. Life is a whole cyclical process. Lately, I have been opening up social networks and very sincerely facing abandoned, dirty-nosed children pointing their fingers at each other, without leaving the mud they cause. Even therapists walk around with their noses full of snots they don't even know they have.
Let's look again at the concept of the wounded child who lives in each of us. When I'm talking about an inner child, I'm talking about this part of us who experienced a childhood trauma and who was frozen there in that fraction of time when that trauma happened...That's the one, or these children we have to rescue.

Going further, this traumatizing experience goes on making continuous discharges into our daily lives, we have 18.25.48.72 years, discharges of mud of pain and unhappiness.
This hurt, wounded, traumatized part of us, as long as it's not integrated, is always sabotaging our mind, so that deep down it gets the attention it needs, whenever it requires it. We have all done many meditations to kiss our inner child, but not enough. ...it's not enough because we haven't forgiven ourselves yet and we still don't have the right cognitive process to deal with this trauma in a decisive way. Usually this trauma of the inner child is so called because it happened at a time when our physical mother was responsible for our safety, food, etc. (it may be the father figure too, or both).
This part is very important: the younger the child was at the time of the trauma, the more dependent on others was on everything in life, it also matters whether it was the only child in the home, or the older one, because the older child is hurt or traumatized by the parents, can't count on anyone else, is completely alone, while the second child can count on the older brother to serve some support, are different traumas with different intensities.
The foundation for our adult life is childhood, if we were traumatized in childhood we will have our entire adult life kidnapped by the moment of trauma.
The more insecure our childhood was, the more insecure we'll be like adults. We'll have various types of addictions, too much eating, too much drinking, too much panic syndrome, we'll have difficulty being social, we'll close ourselves on ourselves, we can develop several masks to lead life, such as that of a person too fun, too strong, too safe...
We developed bipolarity, cognitive disorder, eating disorder, several that will always be associated with the trauma we live in as a child and that was not our responsibility.
First, can I identify what caused the trauma? If I identify the trauma, can I resolve the situation?
For me, to resolve goes to dissolve until the nullity this traumatic moment, or several traumatic moments, but this has been a process that I have not finished, it is a process in progress, that the pandemic has sharpened and worsened because it has given me more free time to think and ruminate in all pain and all aspects of trauma.
As Reiki's therapist and as someone who wants to achieve the mastery of my personal life, I am an expert at going to the wound and burrowing it to see if I'm better already. .... I understand so well that my life and what I project for those around me is connected with my foundation (my childhood).
Confirm the Inner Child.
The inner child must be integrated, because the trauma is always occurring.
Time is not linear, the human concept of time is just that... an illusory construction that leads us to dissociate from what is important. So, this moment of sorrow (there may be several remember), this trauma, is always occurring, and causing damage.
Our past is following us vividly and shaping our future, we must break the current.
In addition to accompanying us, trauma has created powerful thought forms that are always around us, has also created a system of deep beliefs that are the basis of our programming, this programming is like an onion, layers and layers over layers that are creating a powerful weapon against ourselves, we have to learn to peel this onion and strip layer by layer until the trauma is dissolved... is the work of a lifetime....
(You got it, right?)
Our ego wants to push the pain away and we react instead of healing our lives.
The ego serves to ward off the pain of our inner child and if we continue to observe this ego without wanting to do the work of integrating it, we spend our lives in a hamster wheel. ....
We all have the power to reach that higher consciousness and that is what we must achieve. We will overcome the ego through metacognition (go beyond in knowledge).
We will use our brain, to give voice through the frontal lobe to Our Divine Mother, or to Our Daemon, or to our Guardian Angel (which works for you), to cherish and treat the Inner Child.
What we can do is a list of the times when our inner child was hurt or traumatized, it can be the moment of death of a loved animal, of a bullying situation, of violence experienced or any other situation and go to meet our child at that moment and provide support, love, understanding.
We must understand that suffering is also in itself mass, energy, weight... the more heavy suffering it will be the depression that can be created from the foundation of our lives.
Those of us peeling the onion are rising!
The ascension begins here, in the most basic.
Integrating our shadow is this.
Helping the planet Earth ascend passes you through the suffering you transmute.
Do not be afraid to face it and every time you look at your Inner Child in loneliness and suffering, notice the amount of power that is closed there, pain can become power, desire, capacity, execution.... is a precious fuel for your Journey until you become a living Goddess(or God).
Let's do this. Get to work.
